Our Team Chad Caro Clay Caro Kingdom Doo

Chad Caro started in the garage door business as a subdivision installer in 1994 in Pensacola, Florida. In 1999 he settled in Middle Tennessee working as the lead commercial installer and service manager at local garage door companies. In 2008, in the midst of the biggest housing crisis in recent history, Chad started Kingdom Doors in Franklin, Tennessee in order to have a flexible schedule while his wife was hospitalized with an aggressive spinal tumor while their three sons were still young. However, 2020 brought a bigger life change than 2008 for everyone, namely a pandemic. Everyone was impacted by the pandemic in different ways, but Chad was able to seek his sons assistance with Kingdom, which still to this day has been a huge blessing. Chad has since continued to guide Clay with the growth of Kingdom Doors. It truly is a calling of its own for Chad, his family and the customers he serves.

Clay Caro was born and raised in Middle Tennessee, graduating from Centennial High School in Franklin in 2017 and attended Middle Tennessee State University afterwards. Garage doors have played a significant role in Clay's life for as long as he can remember. From helping his father as a child to currently managing the company on his own, for which he could not be more grateful. Clay took lead of running the business himself in 2020. Since, Clay has now established an imprint on Kingdom Doors, as demonstrated by his hard work and dedication to the job. Clay's knowledge and skills are beyond what is generally seen from a young man, but he continues to grow and prosper everyday. Clay especially appreciates the jobs he gets to work side by side with his father, Chad on together.
